Initiate Your Request

Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, then attach the shipping label provided to the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned device to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
